This video gave an idea on how to block out and talked to industry people about the poly count, textures, etc.

Schedule 

Week 1 - Make the sculpt perfect on the katana 

Week 2 - try Retopologize both katanas.

Week 3 - complete the topology and try making LODs for high poly. Make the cloth texture and the Damascus steel textures.

Week 4 - complete texturing for both katanas and get beauty shots for ArtStation
